You and your vendors may have access to the building freight elevator free of charge from Monday through Friday between 8 am and
5 pm. Please let us know if weekend and/or after-hour freight elevator access is required by you or your vendors.
N.B. Please note that the building charge for weekend and after-hour freight elevator use is $75.00 per hour with a 4-hour
minimum for deliveries and a 4-hour minimum for removal activities, and such amount will be back charged to you.
