DISNEY: DREAMS COME TRUE!
Walt Disney Travel Company hosts breakfast to give media a closer look at all

Lisa Raffaele
Canada’s The Walt Disney Company team

breakfast at their Toronto office. Randy Garfield, Executive Vice President, Worldwide
Sales and Travel Operations, was on hand to discuss the company’s focus and future
plans and what makes Disney confident in their position, despite the current economic
situation. “I’ve been in the industry for 30 years,” Garfield said. “I’ve never seen anyone
hug an airline member or product. We create an emotional connection. We have built a
legacy of storytelling.” According to Garfield, he is not concerned by the current state of
the shaky economy. He believes that the Walt Disney Company’s portfolio is diverse
enough to help it weather the storms ahead. [FULL TEXT AND PICTURES]
