The Fourth Session of the Thirteenth Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly
was prorogued with effect from the 10th February, 2007 vide S.O.Ms.No.30,

An Obituary Reference was made in the Assembly on 22.1.2007 on
the demise of Tmt, Kavinilavu Dharmaraj, former Member of Tamil Nadu

Legislative Assembly elected from the Modakurichi Assembly Constituency
Summons for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth Tamil Nadu
during the period 1991-96, expired on 11.12.2006.
Legislative Assembly were issued to the Members of the Legislative Assembly
on the 30th December, 2006 in S.O.Ms.No.227, Legislative Assembly

their names on 25th January, 2007. At the end of the discussion on 27th
January, 2007 the amendments moved by the above Members were deemed
to have been withdrawn by leave of the House and thereafter, the original
Motion of thanks to the Governor's Address was adopted in the House on that
day.
XI. ANNOUNCEMENT
X. GOVERNMENT MOTIONS
On the 27th January, 2007 the Hon. Speaker with the approval of the
House announced that this House will not bind any order on direction from the
