Atits December 16 meeting, Stonewall’s board of
directors elected officers for 2009. Bob Mays will serve
as Treasurer, Steve Wahl as vice president and Chuck
Williams will serve as Stonewall’s president.
In accepting his new responsibilities, Williams said,
“I am looking forward to working closely with the
Board of Directors, our Executive Director and Develop-
ment Manager as Stonewall enters this new and exciting
chapter in its history.”
The board also added four new members, attorney
George Castrataro; Chris Wiley, a librarian at the NOAA
Miami Regional Library; Scott Melton, Associate State
Director with AARP; and David Merritt, Cataloguing
Unit Manager at the Broward Public Library.
