III. AUTHORITIES ENFORCING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Industrial Property Tribunal
General Courts are responsible for enforcement of intellectual property rights – for all
intellectual property cases. They solve the individual cases based on entry of cause for trial
by legal or natural persons.
There are eight regions (Bratislava, Trnava, Trencin, Nitra, Zilina, Banska Bystrica, Presov
