This is the third season of Martine Rose’s self-titled label. Her previous collections,
including an ambitious installation at Black’s members club, have been well-received
by both press and industry alike. This season sees her produce a finely tuned collection of
men’s shirts entitled ‘Pieces’. I really admire Martine’s refined aesthetic
and attention to detail. Her stunning installation at Black’s during last season’s fashion
week was so inventive. She put it together with sensitivity and intelligence.”
