The Rock Spa is a haven of serenity, perched on a cliff-top plateau
overlooking the sea. Entered through a granite canyon, flanked
by freshwater pools and cascading waterfalls, the spa celebrates
the island's unique surroundings and embraces all elements of
nature. Afterwards, relax with a glass of cool coconut milk,
champagne or tea with fresh lemongrass and enjoy the view from
the spa's sublime vantage point high above the Indian Ocean.
Fregate's Yacht Club, Marina and PADI Dive Center are situated
on the lower plateau of the island, opposite the plantation, and
offering a variety of water sports and activities. This is
undoubtedly an interactive paradise, fit for action and relaxation
alike.

At Your Leisure
You are at your leisure to enjoy any activities on offer at Frégate
Island or day trips to some of the other islands. Frégate Island

and Anse Lazio, once considered the best beach in the world by

D’Argent is one of the most photographed beaches in the world,
yet is usually quiet, secluded and absolutely beautiful. The capital
city Victoria is located on Mahé and can also be visited, along with
many other sights.

connect with your departing international flight.

When to go: Seychelles is a year-round destination. May through
September is great because there is less chance of rainfall, lower
temperatures, however slightly, and lower humidity. During this
time the winds and surf pick up as well. If you’re a diver,
visibility is thought to be best in April, May, October and
November, but diving can be great anytime of year. November
through April is during the “northwest monsoon,” which does
bring rains. The Republic of Seychelles is nicely located outside of
the cyclone belt.
