JETSTAR PACIFIC TO ADJUST
BUSINESS PLAN

Open flights on 3 new international routes

Halting flights on Hochiminh City - Nha Trang route

On August 15, 2008- Jetstar Pacific announced revised business plan to
cope with increasing fuel price situation that affected its operation recently. In the
new business plan, Jetstar Pacific will concentrate on exploiting routes with
higher seat occupancy and on new international services, specifically:

End of October and early November 2008, Jetstar Pacific will open 3 new
routes connecting Hochiminh City and Cambodia's Siem Reap, Singapore and
Thailand's Bangkok with daily frequency, using Boeing B737-400 with 168 seats.
Tickets will be available end of August or early September at the latest this year
for passengers to book.

From 05 September, Jetstar Pacific will stop flying between Hochiminh
City and Nha Trang. For those having booked air tickets for Hochiminh City –
Nha Trang flights, the carrier will arrange flights for them before September 5,
pay back money, or transfer them to the flights operated by other airlines.

Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Jetstar Pacific
said “Although the world's oil price had decreased significantly, it was still nearly
two times higher than Jetstar Pacific's projection on some USD70 a barrel in
2007 and now accounted for up to 60% of the carrier's flight operating cost.
Therefore, our revised business plan focuses on the service for which travel
demand is high in order to lessen the pressure of fuel cost”.

To cope with the high fuel cost, Jetstar Pacific will gradually replace its
existing aircraft fleet with Airbus A320 that can up to 30 airplanes by 2014. This
is wide-body aircraft with comfortable seat, fuel saving, least noise and emission
compare to other planes. The first A320 is scheduled for delivery late August or
early September this year.
