Plans PPO or DMO provider Directories?
If you would like your dentist to receive information on our Aetna Dental
DMO® or PPO network, just fill out the information below. To find out if
your dentist has joined the network call the toll-free Member Services
number on your Aetna Dental Plan ID Card (which you will receive after
you enroll) or check on-line at: www.aetnanavigator.com (click on
DOCFIND).
