Anders Persson
Anders holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He has
more than 20 years of experience in software development, mainly
from the Telecommunication and CAD/CAM development industry.
Anders is an experienced Process Improver and has worked with
distributed projects and participants from different cultures within
Europe, US and Asia. He has also worked as Project Manager for
development and test projects in different organisations, and been
Process and Quality leader.

• 2000-2002 – Requirement and project planning improvements at Telelogic. Focusing at
improving the communication between developers and Product managers during SDL Suite
projects.
• 1999 – Introduction material for new employees at Sigma Exallon Systems. Internal courses to
decrease the introduction time for new employees.
• 1996 - Study of Microsft COM usability at Telia. COM is a predecessor to .NET.
• 1996 - Process definition for a software development team at Telia Research/Engineering.
Defining the development and delivery process for a 20+ developer project.
• 1993-1995 - Defining the Configuration Management process for software development at
Kockums Computer Systems AB. Kockums had three development sites located in Oslo, Malmö
and Hamburg that streamlined the development process by introducing ClearCase.
• 1988-1990 - Introducing Object Orientation at Kockums Computer Systems AB. As Method
responsible planned and introduced Object Orientation.

• 2004 – Eiffel Developer at B#. Developing a backup ( www.bsharp.se/backup ) solution for
home users plus some other projects not launched yet.
• 2002 – 2003 Test Developer at Telelogic. Developing automatic test and test result presentations
in tcl and Java. (2-4 man months during this period.)
• 2000 – 2002 Developer at Telelogic. Developing with Microsoft VC++6 in the SDL Suite.(4-6
man months during this period)
• 1995 - 1996 – Developer at Telia Research/Engineering. Performed requirement analysis, design
and implementation of a COM interface toward Solaris computers connected to AXE stations.
Used Microsoft VC++ 4, Sun compilers, Visual Basic, sockets, threading, InstallShield, Visual
Source Safe (8 man months).
• 1986 – 1995 Developer of Basic software packages at Kockums Computer Systems. Used C,
PL/1 at different Unix platforms and VAX/VMS to develop mathematical packages, data
information access interfaces,User Interface software etc. (1-2 man years during this period).
